Training Philosophy

There was a time when I spent a year using a wheelchair and a zimmer frame.
I was told by a doctor that I shouldn’t pursue a career as a personal trainer and should consider a different path.

I chose not to accept that.

Living with a muscle condition has shaped how I understand training, recovery, and resilience.

Most training programmes are built around fixed methods.
I believe training should adapt to the individual, not the other way around.

My approach focuses on structured, progressive strength training that develops real physical capacity, while respecting each person’s current ability, experience, and health.

I believe your body is capable of more than you’ve been told, and what you believe about yourself matters more than what anyone else says.

With the right structure, guidance, and consistency, progress is always possible.
